The location is perfect – right in the center of Old Batumi, close to everything. The hotel itself is a charming and cozy boutique place: clean, stylish, and well-kept. The staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of meats and cheeses.

The hotel is one of the best hotels I see in all my trips. Honesty, I like everything in the hotel, starting from the nice staff, especially Ms. Nino supervisor and Mr Lado The rooms are new and clean and have a good size The beds are comfortable

Batumi has relatively small downtown, so from Epigraph you may pretty much walk around the whole "old city" attractions. Although taxis are readily available and pretty cheap. Hotel is relatively modern and clean. Some noise from across the street on Friday/Saturday might be, but tolerable imho

Location is very central in the old town. Modern new building with elevator Big glass windows Modern chic interiors Good view from the 5th floor Balcony. Modern toilet Landing area. Good breakfast Courteous staff Complimentary upgrade for 1 room on birthday

everything was perfect. rooms beautiful and very clean receptionists nice and polite smells nice evrywhere proper caesar salad in a bar ,) laundry room service perfect. thank you guys <3

Nice hotel. Clean and cozy. Very conveniently located. The room was on the top floor and was smaller than advertised, but it didn't bother us, the view from the window was amazing. Breakfast was very good. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

We got upgraded due to a birthday, the staff is super friendly and speaks good English, the location is amazing to walk around Batumi, cosy bedroom with nice views

Ideal location - close to the sea and its attractions, attentive and professional staff, delicious breakfasts, perfectly clean rooms. And a wonderful view from the window!
